For same day STORE pickup, you MUST call and speak to an associate before 12:00 pm or you will have to wait for our girls to handle your order when you arrive. We try to respond to answering machine the following day depending on in store traffic, so please do not hesitate to call back. If it is a busy season, we apologize but we may be unavailable for phone calls. For faster response time, please call 864~229~4000.
Please be aware, we have times where we are closed for markets, family time, inventory, illness or unavoidable situations and we will not be able to respond to you until we return, so patience is appreciated. Thank you for understanding.

Return Policy
Online and In-Store
We hope you love everything you find at Thayers . All GIFT returns MUST must be completed within 14 days of the gift receipt. All GIFT returns will receive a store credit once your gift has returned to Thayers in new condition.
No returns of special orders, personalized product, furniture, sale purchases, closeouts, bath products, or food items.
If your PURCHASE is eligible for return, you must have an RA number on your return form and ship it back at your expense. ( No credits for shipping ) Please return your package via a trackable service, carefully packaged, with the gift receipt along with return form or purchase receipt and insured the package for the proper amount to:

Once your "Purchase Return" is received with no signs of damage, you have several options if this was a personal purchase.
Choice 1: If your returns are applied as a store credit, you will receive full purchase price . Credits will expire in 60 days from date of credit.
Choice 2: Return on your credit card for the purchase price less 6% for credit card fees.
Choice 3: Full refund for the purchase price with a company check. They will be processed between 7-10 business days. Please provide your address for mailing.
